This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to services provided by Maudlen. We strive to ensure complete client satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

2. Service Guarantee

We guarantee the full execution of our services as outlined in your service agreement. This includes all deliverables, timelines, and quality standards specified in your contract.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we commit to providing high-quality marketing services, we do not guarantee specific profits, outcomes, or targets. Marketing results can vary significantly based on numerous factors including:

  • Market conditions and fluctuations
  • Industry and niche competitiveness
  • Client's product or service quality
  • Historical brand reputation
  • Budget constraints
  • Timeline expectations

Refund requests based solely on not achieving specific marketing outcomes (such as ROI targets, lead generation numbers, or sales figures) will not be approved if we have fulfilled all service obligations as outlined in your agreement.

4. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If we fail to deliver the services outlined in your agreement.
  • Substantial Service Deficiency: If there is a substantial and documented deficiency in the quality of services provided that does not meet professional standards.
  • Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period: For new clients, if you cancel within 48 hours of signing the service agreement (before work has commenced).

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your request in writing to hello@maudlen.com
  2. Include your name, company name, and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request
  4. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days

6. Refund Determinations

All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where some services have been delivered satisfactorily while others have not.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered according to the agreement
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions)
  • Custom work that has been completed according to your specifications
  • Services canceled after work has substantially begun

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund determination, we encourage you to contact us to discuss alternative solutions. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
